Sten Steggink
Hey! My name is Sten, I am 23 years old, I studied real estate and brokerage and I am a certified real estate agent in Spain. I have worked in the real estate world since I was 18 years old. By starting from the bottom and going through all the facets of being a real estate agent, I have been able to gain a lot of knowledge from various real estate agencies in the Netherlands.
I come from an entrepreneurial family. Since I was little I knew I wanted to be my own boss. I always thought that Spain, but especially the Costa Blanca South, was the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Little by little, this environment felt like a second home. After a continuous period of almost 5 months in Spain, I was sure: my passion for guiding people in the purchase/sale of their properties is in Spain.
Since 2022, I founded G(ert)S(ten)Makelaars together with Gert. In Spain anyone can sell, buy and/or manage houses without a title. We want to distinguish ourselves as GSM brokers by having the necessary demonstrable knowledge. Just a little more.
Outside working hours you can find me at the gym, on the paddle tennis court or on the golf course. During the weekend I endlessly enjoy the wonderful Spanish and Dutch terraces.
