Buen día! My name is Bianca.
I work for the fast growing GSM Rentals, part of GS Makelaars. As a Rental & Property Manager, I specialise in everything related to property rentals. From advertising properties online and communicating with tenants and landlords to organising check ins, check outs and final cleaning, I make sure everything runs smoothly.
As the mother of two daughters, I'm a natural organiser. Multitasking is no longer just a skill, it is a way of life. Sometimes it feels like I have eight arms, although unfortunately without the benefit of an extra cup of coffee in each hand. Luckily, I enjoy getting things done and thrive on working with people. No two days are ever the same, and that is exactly what I love about my job.
Have you purchased a property through GS Makelaars as an investment? Then I will make sure you have as little to worry about as possible. I take care of the entire rental process, from creating online listings to arranging check ins and coordinating the final cleaning. You enjoy your investment, I take care of the rest.
Outside of work, you will most likely find me on the beach with my family. After all, that is exactly why we chose Spain. As for sports, I happily leave that to my colleagues. While they are working up a sweat on the padel court, you will find me on a terrace with a drink, proudly cheering them on. Someone has to let them know they have hit the ball into the net again!
