Good morning! My name is Bianca.

I work at the fast-growing GSM Rentals, which is part of GS Makelaars. What is my specialty? Everything related to rentals. From listing properties online and maintaining contact with tenants and landlords to arranging check-ins, check-outs and the final cleaning: I make sure everything runs smoothly.

As a mother of two girls, I’m naturally someone who likes to keep things organised. For me, multitasking is no longer a talent, but a lifestyle. Sometimes it feels like I have eight arms – unfortunately, without the benefit of having an extra cup of coffee in each hand. Luckily, I enjoy getting things done and I get a lot of energy from interacting with people. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly what makes my work so enjoyable.

Outside of work, you’ll find me on the beach with my family whenever possible. After all, that’s exactly one of the reasons why we chose Spain. Sporty? I’ll happily leave that to my colleagues. While they’re working up a sweat on the padel court, I’m sitting on the terrace with a drink, being their biggest supporter. Someone has to tell them, of course, that they’ve hit the ball into the net again. 😉
